2026 Summer Physicals

Thank you for Registering to receive a Physical at EHS.

Please select a time on July 20th between 9AM-12PM.

Physical Forms are here- CHSAA Medical Form Parents must complete PRIOR to physical.

Physicals are then uploaded to your student's account using Arbiter Registration.
